persistent stopped using askLogFunc, and the thing to use is askLoggerIO from monad-logger. Bumped the dep to the first version that contained that. Note that the i386ancient build uses a newer monad-logger than 0.3.10, so the new versioned dep should not break it, and presumably nothing else either. git-annex allows managing files with git, without checking the file contents into git. While that may seem paradoxical, it is useful when dealing with files larger than git can currently easily handle, whether due to limitations in memory, checksumming time, or disk space.
