Services.locale.getApplicationLocale() -> getAppLocale() (nsILocaleService -> mozILocaleService) It's possible this will fix some of the locale resolution problems in Standalone: "This is actually a meaningful change because the old one was actually using OS locale for platforms other than Windows.
