caa97d1271 Each for each metadata field, there's now an automatically maintained "$field-lastchanged" that gives the timestamp of the last change to that field. 
Note that this is a nearly entirely free feature. The data was already
stored in the metadata log in an easily accessible way, and already was
parsed to a time when parsing the log. The generation of the metadata
fields may even be done lazily, although probably not entirely (the map
has to be evaulated to when queried).

6be6ebe2b0 Adding retina-compatible favicon and cleaning up existing 16x16 favicon. 
- favicon32.png created in Photoshop, starting from logo_small.png.
- favicon.png created in Photoshop, starting from favicon32.png.
- favicon.ico created by merging favicon32.png and favicon.png using
  http://convertico.org/Multi_Image_to_one_icon/.

8d5a626a0b rename favicon.png to logo_16x16.png 
This was never used as a favicon, it's just a png version of the
favicon.ico. It's actually used for the freedesktop menu file.

3551d40b05 "standard" can now be used as a first-class keyword in preferred content expressions. 
For example "standard or (include=otherdir/*)" or even "not standard"

Note that the implementation avoids any potential for loops (if a
standard preferred content expression itself mentioned standard).

005e8744c1 Commands that allow specifying which repository to act on using the repository's description will now fail when multiple repositories match, rather than picking a repository at random. 
So will --in=

Note that since limitIn is not used by preferred content expressions,
it's ok for it to throw an exception.
