linux-postmarketos: Enable hypervisor and vmmouse configs for x86_64
...
The vmmouse driver makes the guest mouse as smooth as native. It is enabled
when running under a hypervisor such as kvm.

linux-postmarketos-mainline: fix weston (x86_64) ( #1283 )

Since it works for linux-postmarketos-stable, I've simply copied over
the config, and ran "pmbootstrap menuconfig" on it again. Then it
worked again in Qemu.
