Simon Kornblith dcb440d458 update to citeproc-js 1.0.106 ... Fix a flaw in disambiguation logic that could result in a processor hang, when a creator list with fewer names than its predecessor required additional names to accomplish disambiguation. Include the year-suffix as a sortable number string in dates used as sort keys. Citations that include a year-suffix will now sort correctly within the citation.
