- Use real buttons and other tweaks from design
- Use existing .properties string for "Don't Ask Again" for now
- Remove close button
- Update submodule for reminder after 24 hours instead of 7
And include in stylesheets that have been updated.
Have to make sure not to include this mixin in the global scope in
stylesheets that are themselves imported elsewhere (i.e., filename
begins with an underscore).
