79b1fe30dc Workaround for broken file/URL launching in Standalone on Linux 
Falls back to /usr/bin/xdg-open by default, configurable via
extensions.zotero.fallbackLauncher.unix (or .windows, though that
should be much rarer). Also used for file revealing.

If xdg-open fails, files launch via the external helper app dialog and
URLs just don't work.

1e20c8cb53 Fix saving of "@22" files in snapshots 
CSS rules were being made available to WebPageDump with double-quotes in
the url() rules, despite the original rules not containing them. WPD's
regexp for parsing url() rules included the quotes in the captured
strings, which prevented relative URLs from being properly interpeted --
they were instead appended to the base URL, resulting in "@22" (") at the
end and 404s (sometimes with large HTML pages) that were then saved to
disk instead of the image.

063ba1de5e Undelete linked item automatically when redragging item to a library 
Unlike with Restore to Library, the linked item is first removed from
any collections, so it only ends up in the library root and, if
applicable, the target collection.

f425850764 Fix sync error if duplicates are merged before first sync 
Replace local user key in relations with libraryID on sync user changes
and invalid upload sync errors. The latter will be unnecessary after a
DB upgrade step.

Also fixes libraryID in relations not being replaced correctly when
switching sync users.

758216638f On-demand download support 
Can choose to download files "at sync time" or "as needed"

On-demand defaults to on, but remains off for existing users

To-do:

- Handling of local and remote file changes on on-demand download
  (currently if a file exists it isn't downloaded, which means a
  remotely modified file won't be redownloaded in on-demand mode)
- Additional control over file downloading and retention

Other changes:

- Overhauled entire file syncing architecture
- Replaced numAttachments column with Note and Attachment columns with
  dynamic icons to indicate status
- Double-clicking a parent with a missing best attachment and on-demand
  downloading off no longer loads the parent URL

2e41266c03 Use a DOMDocument instead of E4X for uploaded XML generation -- this is almost an order of magnitude faster and hopefully fixes data corruption issues with E4X on large uploads that were causing validation errors on the server. 
Individual objects are still created as E4X (e.g., in itemToXML()) and reparsed into the DOM. Generating individual objects with the DOM would produce roughly another order-of-magnitude speedup.

4607239fa9 Add a function to pump a generator until it yields false, allowing other events to be processed in between. This is useful because we can then call 
yield true;

in place of Zotero.wait() to allow UI events to be processed without exiting the function, thus avoiding the hassle of setting up a large number of callbacks.

This is still painful compared to Zotero.wait(), since the yield has to be present in the generator passed to Zotero.pumpGenerator() and not a child function. However, it's less painful than using a bunch of nested setTimeout() calls.

263439c6ab Closes #1464, Limit number of creators in metadata pane 
Displays "[x] more..." label that can be clicked to show all creators. Switching away from the item resets. This might need some further tweaking.

Untruncated display of large creator lists is probably faster now as well, though definitely not enough for the ATLAS Experiment.

09e934128f Add Trash to group libraries 
Also:

- Update trash icon properly when adding items to trash or emptying trash
- (dev) Zotero.Items.getDeleted() and Zotero.Items.emptyTrash() parameter order changed
- (dev) Zotero.Items.getDeleted() now returns an empty array rather than FALSE on no results

Group trash does not yet auto-empty
