Add 2x versions of many icons

Courtesy of Pastel SVG (2x famfamfam)
I didn't add 2x versions for any composite icons or any Fugue icons.
Also:
- Removed some unused/redundant images
- Switched to shadowless versions for a couple Fugue icons
