Abe Jellinek	ea63780600	FileHandlers tests: Wait for notifier instead of _setState() call ... _setState() doesn't await setAttachmentLastPageIndex(), so the setting sometimes won't be updated in the cache by the time we call getAttachmentLastPageIndex() below.
