New media permission, show dialog when not enabled for voice msg

UI now in separate renderer:
  - the permissions popup
  - settings dialog
  - debug log dialog
  - about window

Couple bug fixes:
  - About Window: Fix 'escape' to close window
  - Remove outdated dist/copy tasks from Gruntfile
