Updated Upstream (Bukkit/CraftBukkit) & more patches
Upstream has released updates that appear to apply and compile correctly.
This update has not been tested by PaperMC and as with ANY update, please do your own testing

Subject: [PATCH] Fix Concurrency issue in WeightedList
if multiple threads from worldgen sort at same time, it will crash.
So make a copy of the list for sorting purposes.
