Quantum 80bc9604ba [host] windows: fix graceful exit 
We were using an auto-reset event to signal the mousehook exit. This was
fine when there was only one thread, but with the addition of the update
thread, only one thread is signaled, causing the wait to last forever.

The fix is switching to a manual reset event and call ResetEvent after
the threads have exited.

This project contains submodules that must be checked out if building from the git repository! If you are not a developer and just want to compile Looking Glass, please download the source archive from the website instead:

https://looking-glass.io/downloads

Source code for the documentation can be found in the /doc directory.

You may view this locally as HTML by running make html with python3-sphinx installed.
