Its repeated opening and writing to the sqlite database somehow caused inode cache information to occasionally be lost. This loses code coverage, since running git-annex as a child process prevents tracking what parts of the code are exercised. I have not looked at the code coverage in a long time. It would probably be possible to collect code coverage for the child procesess and merge it together. |
