CI to automate build of cargo lockfiles on different Alpine releases for git-annex aports

The problem with having the slashes unescaped is, it broke parsing, since the parser takes the filename to get the part containing the key. That particularly affected URL keys. This makes the format be the same as symlinks point to, which keeps things simple. Existing pointer files will continue to work ok. |

git-annex allows managing files with git, without checking the file contents into git. While that may seem paradoxical, it is useful when dealing with files larger than git can currently easily handle, whether due to limitations in memory, checksumming time, or disk space.
