CI to automate build of cargo lockfiles on different Alpine releases for git-annex aports

The setDifferences that got added to initialize turns out to make a git commit, and before ensureCommit has been used. Thus, repo init can fail when the system has a broken hostname etc. Move the ensureCommit to the very first thing to avoid this kind of breakage. |

git-annex allows managing files with git, without checking the file contents into git. While that may seem paradoxical, it is useful when dealing with files larger than git can currently easily handle, whether due to limitations in memory, checksumming time, or disk space.
