### Please describe the problem.
`git annex fix` doesn't fix up broken symlinks afer moving a file.

### What steps will reproduce the problem?

    git init
    git annex init
    mkdir dir
    touch dir/a
    git annex add .
    git annex sync
    mv dir/a .
    git annex fix a
    ls -alh

### What version of git-annex are you using? On what operating system?
8.20201127 (I know I know... One year old version :)
