oldkeys: New command that lists the keys used by old versions of a file
The tricky thing about this turned out to be handling renames and reverts.
For that, it has to make two passes over the git log, and to avoid
buffering a possibly huge amount of logs in memory (ie the whole git log of
an entire repository!), runs git log twice.

(It might be possible to speed this up by asking git log to show a diff,
and so avoid needing to use catKey.)

unused: Support --json and --json-error-messages
Generalized AddJSONActionItemField to allow it to add several fields. Not entirely
happy with that, since the names of the fields have to be carefully chosen to
not conflict with other json fields. And fields added that way can't be parsed
back in FromJSON, except for the "fields" field that is special cased for metadata.
Still, I couldn't see another way to do it.

Also, omit file:null from the json output. Which does affect other commands,
eg git-annex whereis --all --json. Hopefully that won't break something that expects
a null file. If it did, that could be reverted, but it would be ugly to have
file:null in the unused --json

split out common options to its own page and mention it on each subcommand page
Sometimes users would get confused because an option they were looking
for was not mentioned on a subcommand's man page, and they had not
noticed that the main git-annex man page had a list of common options.
This change lets each subcommand mention the common options, similarly
to how the matching options are handled.

b11d2f5a8a unused: --used-refspec can now be configured to look at refs in the reflog. This provides a way to not consider old versions of files to be unused after they have reached a specified age, when the old refs in the reflog expire.
May be slow.

21ec5872f4 expand manpages cross-references significantly
i found that most man pages only had references to the main git-annex
manpage, which i stillfind pretty huge and hard to navigate through.

i tried to sift through all the man pages and add cross-references
between relevant pages. my general rule of thumb is that links should
be both ways unless one of the pages is a more general page that would
become ridiculously huge if all backlinks would be added
(git-annex-preferred-content comes to mind).

i have also make the links one per line as this is how it was done in
the metadata pages so far.

i did everything but the plumbing, utility and test commands, although
some of those are linked from the other commands so cross-links were
added there as well.
