multiple -m second try
Test suite passes this time. When committing the adjusted branch, use
the old method to make a message that old git-annex can consume. Also
made the code accept the new message, so that eventually
commitTreeExactMessage can be removed.

Revert "multiple -m"
This reverts commit cee12f6a2f.

This commit broke git-annex init run in a repo that was cloned from a
repo with an adjusted branch checked out.

The problem is that findAdjustingCommit was not able to identify the
commit that created the adjusted branch. It seems that there is an extra
"\n" at the end of the commit message that it does not expect.

Since backwards compatability needs to be maintained, cannot just make
findAdjustingCommit accept it with the "\n". Will have to instead
have one commitTree variant that uses the old method, and use it for
adjusted branch committing.

multiple -m
sync, assist, import: Allow -m option to be specified multiple times, to
provide additional paragraphs for the commit message.

The option parser didn't allow multiple -m before, so there is no risk of
behavior change breaking something that was for some reason using multiple
-m already.

Pass through to git commands, so that the method used to assemble the
paragrahs is whatever git does. Which might conceivably change in the
future.

Note that git commit-tree has supported -m since git 1.7.7. commitTree
was probably not using it since it predates that version. Since the
configure script prevents building git-annex with git older than 2.1,
there is no risk that it's not supported now.

json object for FileNotFound
When a nonexistant file is passed to a command and --json-error-messages
is enabled, output a JSON object indicating the problem.

(But git ls-files --error-unmatch still displays errors about such files in
some situations.)

I don't like the duplication of the name of the command introduced by this,
but I can't see a great way around it. One way would be to pass the Command
instead.

When json is not enabled, the stderr is unchanged. This is necessary
because some commands like find have custom output. So dislaying
"find foo not found" would be wrong. So had to complicate things with
toplevelFileProblem having different output with and without json.

When not using --json-error-messages but still using --json, it displays
the error to stderr, but does display a json object without the error. It
does have an errorid though. Unsure how useful that behavior is.

remove --backend from global options
--backend is no longer a global option, and is only accepted by commands
that actually need it.

Three commands that used to support backend but don't any longer are
watch, webapp, and assistant. It would be possible to make them support it,
but I doubt anyone used the option with these. And in the case of webapp
and assistant, the option was handled inconsistently, only taking affect
when the command is run with an existing git-annex repo, not when it
creates a new one.

Also, renamed GlobalOption etc to AnnexOption. Because there are many
options of this type that are not actually global (any more) and get
added to commands that need them.

handle transitions with read-only unmerged git-annex branches
Capstone to this feature. Any transitions that have been performed on an
unmerged remote ref but not on the local git-annex branch, or vice-versa
have to be applied on the fly when reading files.

decided not to include export/import trees
They're only needed to cover a gc edge case, and it's better someone
gets caught by that edge case than that someone who does not know about
them ends up with a filtered git-annex branch that contains such a tree
when some of the files listed in it are ones they wanted to *remove*
from the repository.

include info for sameas repos
It's not currently possible to exclude a sameas repo using its
annex-config-uuid. (Remote.nameToUUID rejects them).
Since there's no real documented way to learn those, this seems ok, at
least for now. Also it avoids the problem of someone excluding the
parent but including the sameas, which would probably make the sameas
repo not usable when using the filtered branch.

filter-branch working aside from some edge cases
Added a note to man page about what happens to information that is
recorded in the private journal. Since it uses Branch.get, that
information will be copied when options allow. It seemed better to allow
it and document it than not allow it, since the options allow excluding
repositories and so can be used to exclude private repos if desired.

implemented filter-branch for key info
Not tested yet but should work.

Noted a possible optimisation, which should probably be added, to
speed it up in cases where there is no uuid filtering being done.
It would need Annex.Branch to add a function like getRef that uses
catFileDetails, so the sha is also returned. The difficulty would be
making it support the precached file content; if it didn't it would
probably not be any faster and could even be slower. So probably the
precaching would need to be changed to also cache the sha.

don't implicitly include all when exclude options are used
This is less erorr-prone, and easier for the user to reason about; it
preserves the man page's promise that only explicitly included
information will be copied.
