Unlikely to speed up any of the existing uses much, but I want to use it
in a message that might be displayed many times.

remove redundant imports
Clean build under ghc 8.8.3, which seems to do better at finding cases
where two imports both provide the same symbol, and warns about one of
them.

When parsing git configs, support all the documented ways to write true and false, including "yes", "on", "1", etc.
This change does impact git-annex config
eg "git annex config --set annex.addunlocked on"
will store "on" and new git-annex will understand that value, while
old git-annex will error:
git-annex: bad annex.addunlocked configuration in git annex config:
Parse failure: near "on"
That seems acceptable.

Not special remote configs that are only documented as =true or =false
however. Having git-annex support other values for those would break
backwards compatability when used with old versions of git-annex. And
older versions ignore invalid special remote configs.. That would not
be a good combination.

non-annex config settings manually before.

be stricter about rejecting invalid configurations for remotes
This is a first step toward that goal, using the ProposedAccepted type
in RemoteConfig lets initremote/enableremote reject bad parameters that
were passed in a remote's configuration, while avoiding enableremote
rejecting bad parameters that have already been stored in remote.log

This does not eliminate every place where a remote config is parsed and a
default value is used if the parse false. But, I did fix several
things that expected foo=yes/no and so confusingly accepted foo=true but
treated it like foo=no. There are still some fields that are parsed with
yesNo but not not checked when initializing a remote, and there are other
fields that are parsed in other ways and not checked when initializing a
remote.

This also lays groundwork for rejecting unknown/typoed config keys.

annex.addunlocked expressions
* annex.addunlocked can be set to an expression with the same format used by
annex.largefiles, in case you want to default to unlocking some files but
  not others.
* annex.addunlocked can be configured by git-annex config.

Added a git-annex-matching-expression man page, broken out from
tips/largefiles.

A tricky consequence of this is that git-annex add --relaxed
honors annex.addunlocked, but an expression might want to know the size
or content of an url, which it's not going to download. I decided it was
better not to fail, and just dummy up some plausible data in that case.

Performance impact should be negligible. The global config is already
loaded for annex.largefiles. The expression only has to be parsed once,
and in the simple true/false case, it should not do any additional work
matching it.

git-lfs: remember urls, and autoenable remotes using known urls
* git-lfs: The url provided to initremote/enableremote will now be
stored in the git-annex branch, allowing enableremote to be used without
an url. initremote --sameas can be used to add additional urls.
* git-lfs: When there's a git remote with an url that's known to be
used for git-lfs, automatically enable the special remote.

set annex-config-uuid when RemoteConfig contains a sameas-uuid
Initremote sets that, so after both initremote and enableremote,
the git config will be set.

Any remote that does not use Annex.SpecialRemote won't set
annex-config-uuid. But that's only Remote.Git, which doesn't use
RemoteConfig anyway.

use sameas-name and sameas-uuid for sameas remotes
initremote --sameas=remotename sets sameas-name and sameas-uuid

Using sameas-name rather than name prevents old git-annex initremote
from enabling a sameas remote by name, since it would not handle it
correctly.

update licenses from GPL to AGPL
This does not change the overall license of the git-annex program, which
was already AGPL due to a number of sources files being AGPL already.

Legally speaking, I'm adding a new license under which these files are
now available; I already released their current contents under the GPL
license. Now they're dual licensed GPL and AGPL. However, I intend
for all my future changes to these files to only be released under the
AGPL license, and I won't be tracking the dual licensing status, so I'm
simply changing the license statement to say it's AGPL.

(In some cases, others wrote parts of the code of a file and released it
under the GPL; but in all cases I have contributed a significant portion
of the code in each file and it's that code that is getting the AGPL
license; the GPL license of other contributors allows combining with
AGPL code.)

implement exporttree=yes configuration
* Only export to remotes that were initialized to support it.
* Prevent storing key/value on export remotes.
* Prevent enabling exporttree=yes and encryption in the same remote.

SetupStage Enable was changed to take the old RemoteConfig.
This allowed only setting exporttree when initially setting up a
remote, and not configuring it later after stuff might already be stored
in the remote.

Went with =yes rather than =true for consistency with other parts of
git-annex. Changed docs accordingly.

add annex-ignore-command and annex-sync-command configs
Added remote configuration settings annex-ignore-command and
annex-sync-command, which are dynamic equivilants of the annex-ignore
and annex-sync configurations.

For this I needed a new DynamicConfig infrastructure. Its implementation
should be as fast as before when there is no dynamic config, and it caches
so shell commands are only run once.

Note that annex-ignore-command exits nonzero when the remote should be ignored.
While that may seem backwards, it allows using the same command for it as
for annex-sync-command when you want to disable both.

add SetupStage parameter to RemoteType.setup
Most remotes have an idempotent setup that can be reused for
enableremote, but in a few cases, it needs to tell which, and whether
a UUID was provided to setup was used.

This is groundwork for making initremote be able to provide a UUID.
It should not change any behavior.

Note that it would be nice to make the UUID always be provided to setup,
and make setup not need to generate and return a UUID. What prevented
this simplification is Remote.Git.gitSetup, which needs to reuse the
UUID of the git remote when setting it up, and so has to return that
UUID.

Pass the various gnupg-options configs to gpg in several cases where they were not before.
Removed the instance LensGpgEncParams RemoteConfig because it encouraged
code that does not take the RemoteGitConfig into account.

RemoteType's setup was changed to take a RemoteGitConfig,
although the only place that is able to provide a non-empty one is
enableremote, when it's changing an existing remote. This led to several
folow-on changes, and got RemoteGitConfig plumbed through.
