When generating the view, check if the key is present.
When syncing in a view branch with an adjustment, run adjustedBranchRefreshFull
the same as is done when syncing in other adjusted branches. This is
needed because the docs for git-annex adjust --unlock-present suggest
using git-annex sync to update the branch when annex.adjustedbranchrefresh
is not set.
Note that, with annex.adjustedbranchrefresh set, it just works! The
adjusted branch gets updated in the usual way and it doesn't matter that
there's a view branch underneath.
And of course, re-running git-annex adjut --unlock-present also works,
as suggested in the docs.

I saw a user open a forum post that looked like they had read this man
page, but were unaware of git-annex unlock, and were looking for its
functionality. They later deleted the post, probably when they found
git-annex unlock. Looking at this man page, it was a bit unclear about
the motivation for the command.

Sometimes users would get confused because an option they were looking
for was not mentioned on a subcommand's man page, and they had not
noticed that the main git-annex man page had a list of common options.
This change lets each subcommand mention the common options, similarly
to how the matching options are handled.

Added annex.adjustedbranchrefresh git config to update adjusted branches
set up by git-annex adjust --unlock-present/--hide-missing.
Note, in a few cases, I was not able to make the adjusted branch
be updated in calls to moveAnnex, because information about what
file corresponds to a key is not available. They are:
* If two files point to one file, then eg, `git annex get foo` will
update the branch to unlock foo, but will not unlock bar, because it
does not know about it. Might be fixable by making `git annex get
bar` do something besides skipping bar?
* git-annex-shell recvkey likewise (so sends over ssh from old versions
of git-annex)
* git-annex setkey
* git-annex transferkey if the user does not use --file
* git-annex multicast sends keys with no associated file info
Doing a single full refresh at the end, after any incremental refresh,
will deal with those edge cases.
An --unlock-present branch reverses back to a branch where
all files that get modified or renamed become locked, even if they were
originally unlocked. This is the same that reversing a --unlock branch
works, and the new name makes that commonality more clear.
Like --hide-missing the branch does not get updated when content
availability changes.
Seems to basically work, but sync does not update it yet.
Also, when a file is present and so unlocked, git mv followed by
git-annex sync results in the basis branch being updated to contain the
file with the new name, unlocked. This seems different than what
happens in an adjusted unlocked branch, where the commit propigates back
locked. Probably the reverse adjustment code needs to be improved to
handle this case.
Straightforward, except for the issue of how to reverse LockAdjustment.
With --unlock, a commit that modifies/adds unlocked files gets reverse
adjusted to use locked files. That's fairly reasonable, I think.
But reversing --lock by unlocking all modified files feels wrong. Maybe
that's just because repositories typically seem to still have mostly
locked files in them (unless one is in an adjusted unlocked branch of
course!)
It may be that eventually how to reverse both will need to be configurable,
I don't know.
* merge: When run with a branch parameter, merges from that branch.
This is especially useful when using an adjusted branch, because
it applies the same adjustment to the branch before merging it.
Since v6 is not a usable repo version any longer, it's confusing to have
documentation that refers to it.

This relies on git ls-files --with-tree, which I'm using in a way that
its man page does not document. Hm. I emailed the git list to try to get
the docs improved, but at least the git test suite does test the same
kind of use case I'm using here.
Performance impact when not in an adjusted branch is limited to some
additional MVar accesses, and a single git call to determine the name of
the current branch. So very minimal.
When in an adjusted branch, the performance impact is
in Annex.WorkTree.lookupFile, which starts doing an equal amount of work
for files that didn't exist as it already did for files that were
unlocked.

* At long last there's a way to hide annexed files whose content
is missing from the working tree: git-annex adjust --hide-missing
* When already in an adjusted branch, running git-annex adjust
again will update the branch as needed. This is mostly
useful with --hide-missing to hide/unhide files after their content
has been dropped or received.
Still needs integration with sync and the assistant, and not as fast as it
could be, but already usable.
