honor preferred content when importing
Importing from a special remote honors its preferred content too; unwanted
files are not imported. But, some preferred content expressions can't be
checked before files are imported, and trying to import with such an
expression will fail.

Tested this with scenarios including changing the preferred content
expression and making sure merging the import didn't delete files that were
no longer wanted.

There was one minor inefficiency mentioned in the todo that I punted on.

docs for export preferred content
This includes a note about how include= and exclude= match when exporting
a subtree. I don't know if the note is prominent enough, but the
behavior seems unsurprising enough.

fix outdated docs
When a repo is in multiple standard groups,
Logs.PreferredContent.makeMatcher uses unknownMatcher,
so will not get everything, but instead defaults to wanting whatever is
present.

Support --metadata field<number, --metadata field>number etc to match ranges of numeric values.
Similarly (well, for free), support preferred content expressions like
metadata=field<number and metadata=field>number

Limit annex.largefiles parsing to the subset of preferred content expressions that make sense in its context.
So, not "standard" or "lackingcopies", etc.

add "nothing" to preferred content DSL
Same as "not anything"; will be particularly useful in annex.largefiles
gitattributes.

cd6b62f35e --auto is no longer a global option; only get, drop, and copy accept it.
Not a behavior change unless you were passing it to a command that ignored it.

daec4b007a splitting up the man page
Common command man pages all split out and often expanded.

A few sections split out into their own pages.

Still need to do all the other commands..
