Use git-annex init --version=6 to get v6 for now
...
Not ready to make it default because of the direct mode upgrade needing to
all happen at once.

started converting to use optparse-applicative
...
This is a work in progress. It compiles and is able to do basic command
dispatch, including git autocorrection, while using optparse-applicative
for the core commandline parsing.
* Many commands are temporarily disabled before conversion.
* Options are not wired in yet.
* cmdnorepo actions don't work yet.
Also, removed the [Command] list, which was only used in one place.

reinit: New command that can initialize a new reposotory using the configuration of a previously known repository. Useful if a repository got deleted and you want to clone it back the way it was.
