Added adb special remote which allows exporting files to Android devices.
...
git annex testremote passes.
exportree not implemented yet, although the documentation talks about it,
since it will be the main way this remote will be used.
The adb push/pull progress is displayed for now; it would be better
to consume it and use it to update the git-annex progress bar.

Added bittorrent special remote
...
addurl behavior change: When downloading an url ending in .torrent,
it will download files from bittorrent, instead of the old behavior
of adding the torrent file to the repository.
Added Recommends on aria2 and bittornado | bittorrent.

Added tahoe special remote.
...
Known problems:
1. Tries to tahoe start when daemon is already running.
2. If multiple tahoe remotes are set up on the same computer,
they will have the same node.url configured by default,
and this confuses tahoe commands.

Fully tested and working, including resuming and encryption. (Though not
resuming when sending *with* encryption; gpg doesn't produce identical
output each time.)
Uses same layout as the directory special remote and the .git/annex/objects/
directory.
