I've long considered the XMPP support in git-annex a wart.
It's nice to remove it.
(This also removes the NetMessager, which was only used for XMPP, and the
daemonstatus's desynced list (likewise).)
Existing XMPP remotes should be ignored by git-annex.

This works, but needs more testing and work on cases like encrypted repos,
enabling existing repositories, etc.

Note that've told me:
We'll see how it goes, but I think this could be a permanent offer for
your userbase. People using git-annex are clueful and won't be a big
support burden for us, so it's a win-win.
