### Please describe the problem.
The new ''git annex proxy'' command fails every command in the 2014-11-28 daily build for Windows.
### What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Install daily Windows build via https://downloads.kitenet.net/git-annex/autobuild/windows/.
2) Run, in git bash:
$ git annex proxy -- pull
git-annex: pull: createProcess: does not exist (No such file or directory)
failed
git-annex: proxy: 1 failed
