remove page for Homebrew-cask

I checked the git repo, and git-annex was removed from it, since it's
available in Homebrew. (Why did they add it originally then? Dunno..)

Homebrew cask users can simply run `brew cask install git-annex` to install git-annex and git-annex-shell from the OSX binary images.
