I recently added a file and for some reason it doesn't show up as being available locally, but I just added it.

In the past, adding the file always resulted in behavior that made sense. I'm at a loss as to what to do. If I try to add it again, nothing happens. I can't copy it to another remote; it's like it doesn't actually exist.
