Note that the profiler saw a 0.01 second runtime, but actual runtime is more
like 0.04 seconds (actually 0.08 with this profiling build, but non-profiling
builds are faster). The rest of the runtime must be linking and RTS startup?
It would be good to get a similar profile on windows for comparison.
