### Please describe the problem.
I had a pure git repo, and then too large file was committed, I `git reset HEAD^` went through `datalad create -c text2git -f .` to give default configuration with `* annex.largefiles=((mimeencoding=binary)and(largerthan=0))` and tried to `git annex add` that large text file -- but annex kept adding to git. I simplified `largefiles` further -- keeps adding to git:
