That all looks correct. Are both `ANNEX_1` and `ANNEX_2` listed in `~/.config/git-annex/autostart`? What happens if you now run `git-annex assistant --autostart` does it list both `ANNEX_1` and `ANNEX_2`? Does everything work OK then?
