### Please describe the problem.
once in a while we have those two tests failing in daily testing of git-annex on ndoli under tmp. The test configuration is "prescribed" [here](https://github.com/datalad/git-annex/blob/master/clients/clients.yaml#L10) but overall -- we run `git annex test` under POSIX partition on that host. As a result we get sometimes (not daily!)
