I'm not able to install git-annex with cabal.
What steps will reproduce the problem?

bbigras@bbigras-VirtualBox:~$ cabal update
Downloading the latest package list from hackage.haskell.org
bbigras@bbigras-VirtualBox:~$ cabal install git-annex --bindir=$HOME/bin

What version of git-annex are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 12.10 x86_64
cabal-install version 0.14.0
using version 1.14.0 of the Cabal library
