* refactor: use gin converters in api::Protocol

* refactor: convert JS constructor impl to gin

* refactor: use InitWithArgs helper

* fix: gin_helper::Dictionary should behave the same with mate

* fix cpplint warnings

* refactor: no more need to patch gin/dictionary.h
