This is needed for the GetConstructor() call
* refactor: avoid v8::Context::GetIsolate() call in GetIpcObject() by taking it as an arg
* refactor: avoid v8::Context::GetIsolate() call in ipc_native::EmitIPCEvent() by taking it as an arg
