perf: use ArrayBuffer::Data() API
Replace our `GetBackingStore()->Data()` calls with this instead.
Explained by the V8 docs, ArrayBuffer.Data() is
> More efficient shortcut for GetBackingStore()->Data(). The
> returned pointer is valid as long as the ArrayBuffer is alive.
