Synchronous event should be bound to WebContents.

Free window object immediately in destory().
This put everything back to the original design, since now it's not
possible to destory a window while a context menu is showing.

Fix a possible crash when destroying window.
It could happend that the JS BrowserWindow object being double deleted
when calling the destroy() method.
