tests: fix startDrag for WOA

tests: fix early-in-memory-session-create crash test on WOA

ci: cleanup user app data directories on WOA

* tests: disable nativeImage.createFromBuffer tests on WOA

* disable failing nativeImage.createFromPath on WOA

* disable another nativeImage test for WOA
