* feat: make desktopCapturer main-process-only

* remove --enable-api-filtering-logging

* remove test

* merge lib/browser/api/desktop-capturer.ts with lib/browser/desktop-capturer.ts

* remove desktop-capturer-get-sources event

* fix specs

* getSources needs to be async
