Distribution-Template	Removing the additional shared framework from the official stage2 build of the CLI. Instead, I also create a stage2 build with the legacy runtime so that we can continue to run tests tthat depend on it, but most importantly, we will be able to run backwards compatibility tests using it.	2017-04-08 00:31:27 -07:00
