Fix build-base-path to be converted to a full path.
...
This allows commands to run in different working directories and pass around the full path to the build-base-path, instead of a relative path.

Made changes to compilation and other things
...
- Added basic support for embedded resources (resx files are next!)
- Print out exit code from executed command (makes debugging easier)
- Fixed dnvm2.cmd to avoid putting things on the user path
- Fixed up propagation of exit codes
