Remove references to PlatformAbstractions. (#7408) 
* Remove references to PlatformAbstractions.

This will allow us to remove the PlatformAbstractions library from dotnet/runtime.

7bb693bff5 We have a few tests that write their own NuGet.Config file to use during restore. Those tests need access to the ExternalRestoreSources value to be added to this NuGet config so that they can restore properly. This change writes a file in the test/artifacts folder containing the value of ExternalRestoreSources value. The tests can then use it to write that to their NuGet.Config. There is a failure in ProdCon that this addresses. 2018-08-28 17:16:58 -07:00

  Fixing an issue in the RepoDirectoriesProvider where it assumed that the only directory under SDK was the SDK directories. This is no longer true now that we moved the NuGet fallback folder there.
  Simple clean up to the store tests

  Removing NuGetConfig from the first run experience and replacing the sentinel with the FirstUseNoticeSentinel when needed.

772e838ff8 Removing the additional shared framework from the official stage2 build of the CLI. Instead, I also create a stage2 build with the legacy runtime so that we can continue to run tests tthat depend on it, but most importantly, we will be able to run backwards compatibility tests using it. 2017-04-08 00:31:27 -07:00

bd58bcf03b Disable F# tests on linux-x64. 
linux-x64 only has .NET Core 2.0, but F# requires .NET Core 1.0 runtime.

318c9f3e44 Making ProjectDependenciesCommandResolver handle msbuild projects as well by using the ProjectFactory and IProject. 
Moving the CommandResolution classes that depend on msbuild back into Cli.Utils.

Updating the src projects to a netstandard compatible with Cli.Utils moving to netstandard1.5
