During the official build transition, use sandboxes for:
1. Blog container for the artifacts and checksums
2. MyGet feed
3. VS NuGet feed
4. Versions repo
In addition, skip publishing packages to the apt-get repo, because a
sandbox is not trivial to configure.

CompileTargets moved to MSBuild. Still need to work on input/outputs, refactoring of targets, specially around CompileStage and moving some of the tasks back to msbuild instead of C# code.
