Fix bug to install x64 and x86 SxS.
...
Remove code to find the previous install folder, always install into
%ProgramW6432%. Also remove the option to allow DOTNETHOME to be
overridable.

Fix the branding in CLI windows installer
...
- All the branding is moved to Monikers.cs
- Fixed the bundle and msi to use that.
TODO: Do the same for OSx and Debian installers.
