The documentation explains how to configure your nuget feeds by changing your NuGet.config file but doesn't explain where the file is located. Added a link to microsoft docs Configuring NuGet behavior to the readme.md
The Debian package for the daily build of the SDK has a dependency on
`aspnetcore-runtime-3.0` which wasn't referenced. This commit adds this
reference so that new users can easily find the dependencies, and should
prevent issues such as #51.
Per MS style guide, "Avoid please except in situations where the customer is asked to do something inconvenient or the application or site is to blame for the situation."
