Fix typo in AppArmor instructions 
This change fixes a typo in the instructions for getting AppArmor to
work. The `parser.conf` file is located in `/etc/apparmor/` as
opposed to `/etc/apparmor.d/`.

Thanks @joinsplit for identifying the issue.
