linux-postmarketos-amlogic: enable CONFIG_NLS_ASCII (MR 5271) 
Without it some devices will fail to mount the boot partition:

	FAT-fs (mmcblk1p1): IO charset ascii not found

Also disable CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED.
