main/devicepkg-dev: remove empty folder /usr/share/deviceinfo (MR 4990)
After removing the following files, $pkgdir/usr/share/deviceinfo is empty:
- $pkgdir/usr/share/deviceinfo/$pkgname
- $pkgdir/usr/share/deviceinfo/deviceinfo

Remove it when it's empty.
