Luca Weiss 0d4817959d device-htc-memul: increase available VRAM (MR 5075) ... Reserve 256MB for CMA, and of those use 192MB as VRAM. The default value from the kernel side causes graphical issues with e.g. phosh, so increase it so we have some more VRAM to work with.
