I've already ported the Alpine Linux packages for reMarkable from what I got going on https://ayakael.net/forge/ayaports. The rM1 branch can now build an image. Since the current flashing approach can't flash the whole ~1gb file, an Alpine Linux system should first be setup, and then converted to a pmOS system.
