samsung-herolte: add wifi firmware (!309) 
This adds the required firmware to allow ip link set wlan0 up, which
then enables Samsung Hero-Devices, the Galaxy S7 (herolte) and the
Galaxy S7 Edge (hero2lte), to connect to the Internet.
